2. Our products and fulfillment

Our products are made to order and produced and shipped by a third-party fulfillment partner. Your purchase is from Patriux, and questions about your order should be directed to us through the contact options on our website.

Product images are illustrative. Colors may vary with your screen, and reasonable differences in print placement, sizing, or appearance may occur. These variations do not limit your rights if a product is defective or does not match its description. Please review each product's description and size guide before ordering.

3. Orders and payment

You agree to provide complete and accurate billing, shipping, and payment information. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee that every item can be supplied. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including unavailable products, suspected fraud, payment issues, or material pricing or listing errors. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items.

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout. Prices and product availability may change without notice, but changes do not retroactively alter an accepted order.

4. Production, shipping, and delivery

Production time is separate from shipping transit time. Any estimated production or delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, unless expressly stated otherwise. You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. Contact us promptly if your address needs correction; changes may not be possible after production or fulfillment begins. Any additional charges for address corrections or reshipping will be disclosed for your approval where applicable. 5. Cancellations, returns, and product issues

Because products are made to order, cancellations or changes may not be possible once production begins. Return, refund, and exchange eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law. Our fulfillment partner's policies do not replace your rights against Patriux.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or appears lost in transit, contact us promptly through our website with your order details and, where relevant, photographs so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.

6. Website content and intellectual property

Website content, branding, artwork, and product designs belong to Patriux or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
